Bardstown's WORST business! – Taking my business to a better company! Management can't seem to get their act together and complete customer requests. They say they can order a product for me, but didn't because they had other stuff to do? Really? What other stuff needs to be done besides GOOD customer service??! His second reply was he forgot.
