Andrew texted and came out quickly to assess our landscaping needs and said a quite would be drawn up and sent. We heard nothing more. Followup texts were never answered. Very unprofessional.
I wish I had read the previous review before I scheduled this company. Andrew was quick to respond and we scheduled a meeting a few days out and he didn’t show. I called, texted, emailed, nothing. The text message said delivered. A few hours later he called and said he had a customer with a pipe issue and didn’t have phone service out there. He asked to come 2 days later, and we offered him another chance. He came, seemed knowledgeable, talked through a plan and said he’d be in touch in a few days with a quote. A week went b... read more
