Just got finished speaking on the telephone with this place. I spoke with this guy about a specific problem I had. The guy on the phone blamed the woman in charge of the place, saying that she's in charge and that it was out of his hands. So, I asked to speak to the woman in charge. He would not let me. He refused to let me speak to his boss. I asked to speak with the manager multiple times and he would not let me speak to the manager. Worst experience ever. Very unreasonable and rude.
