This business without any warning on their website or anywhere decided to be closed during business hours on a Friday. I came a 1 Hour Dr. to pick up a part and they said sorry we can’t process it as they were doing inventory that day .-Staff in the back were literally laughing at me as I inquired about why they could not simply process this one part to which they just kept saying I’m sorry. It was totally doable for them to get this one part.This was very unprofessional and very inconsiderate.
Your counter staff requires some serious training. I came in with a simple plumbing install purchase. The kid literally had no clue, and gave me ridiculous answers and directed me to another plumbing supply store. That's not good.
$52.81 for 1/2 pex 100 ft....$36.79 at home depot 1/2 pex 100 ft. Both same grade pex. Zion and Tesco also sell roughly below $40. Got ripped off here.
