I moved out of Barden Ridge Apartments in Roxboro, NC on May 30, 2025. My security deposit was $1,139, and the management charged me $500 for repairs, leaving a balance of $639 due back to me. North Carolina law requires landlords to return deposits (minus deductions) within 30 days.
