Terrible service! They do not communicate well, and delayed tax preparation and nobody calls you back, even when you give everything early. This last tax season they fired my tax preparer who is a family member and locked her out of the office. Now I get a notice that they can't help us this year after a decade of paying them to prepare our taxes.
