Was good, now awful. This year overcharged. I complained and they corrected. Now I received a notice from the IRS that my filed return was wrong and that I overpaid by $419.00. Call Barcos for help. Drove 40 minutes to give them copies of the IRS correspondence. Result? Told me I have to deal with it. So I pay $320.00, they screw up my return, (after trying to charge over $500.00), and I have to deal with it? Flippin joke. Zero help. All talk.
FANTASTIC ACCOUNTANTS!!! They've been providing me with excellent service since I opened my business in 2009. They always pick up the phone and give me the advice and counsel I need. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of financial services.
