Worst company I've worked for in my life. Current employees be sure to use up your PTO and don't put in a notice before quitting. They'll make sure to not pay out and fire you on the spot if you give notice. If that's how they'll treat employees, customers be warned. Edit: I came to the job with 5 years experience, if training is sending someone out to cold call every day with little to no support then you'll definitely get plenty of training with them.
