Ordered BarTender Software on 8/23. Was told a Serial Key would be forthcoming soon, usually takes a couple of day. Called on 8/27 since I hadn't received an email with the Serial Key to that point. Asked to wait a couple of additional days so I figured I'd give it the week. On 9/3/2019 I still hadn't received my Key and I called to inquire why and got a run-around, I think his name was Tim.
