I had the pleasure of talking to Iris today over the phone (Nov. 11th @ 10:30 am PST) she was friendly, knowledgable and answered all my questions as well as sending over documents to better understand the assembly and installation process. I trully appreciate companies like Barco because when you run a business, having people you can rely on makes all the difference.
The standalone outdoor pet bowl WF-03 utilizes a standard 61314C Elkay regulator. I hope this information helps any service professionals trying to maintain these units. The cartridges being foot-operated don't exactly help their longevity.
I installed a dozen of their benches along our rail trail since 2022. Sadly, in 2023 the business was sold to private equity. The price of our standard model is now more than 160% of what I paid for the first bench. Time to look for a new vendor for the replacement of a bench that was crushed by a fallen tree.

Barco has a great line of products and provided us with beautiful, sturdy park benches that were easy to assemble. We had a miscommunication regarding one order and the sales staff (Gabriela) and return specialist (Brittany) dealt with the issue promptly, courteously and professionally.
