I installed a dozen of their benches along our rail trail since 2022. Sadly, in 2023 the business was sold to private equity. The price of our standard model is now more than 160% of what I paid for the first bench. Time to look for a new vendor for the replacement of a bench that was crushed by a fallen tree.
Best place, great CSSR"s wonderful place to work
Barco has a great line of products and provided us with beautiful, sturdy park benches that were easy to assemble. We had a miscommunication regarding one order and the sales staff (Gabriela) and return specialist (Brittany) dealt with the issue promptly, courteously and professionally.
Fantastic company with a great product line
Andrew was a great customer service worker. From the first phone call I had a pleasant and detailed experience to create a quote and modify the quote before eventually placing the order. I quickly got an email with a confirmation and signature before the order was released into processing. After that was complete i received another confirmation email saying my order has been released into processing.
