Very professional, quietly competent and efficient, Barclay and his team made my visits to his Napier clinic for new aids a breeze. No sales talk here, he is an audiologist and does what it takes to meet your needs.
Having had a not so great experience with a large national hearing aid provider I nearly didn’t bother to replace my hearing aides( when our kitten chewed the end of them ) such was my level of dissatisfaction and disappointment with my previous provider.
