I lived here for five years—absolutely terrific. The building is now managed by Lluvia and David, a much younger couple who took over after the previous managers retired. They’ve changed the building for the better-renovated public areas, kept it extremely clean, and been very kind to me when I needed maintenance help. Couldn’t recommend it more, and extremely good value for the money.
Nice condo
I lived here back in 2017 for just 2 horrible months. Probably the worst building in this street. The eastern-European managers are senior couples in their 60's who are explicit racists and treat immigrants like trash. Simon has a very bad demeanor and always yells at you in conversations. I was forced to clean the house like a cleaning company laborer when I wanted to move out. Very abusive landlords. Moving to this apartment was the worst decision during my stay in Vancouver.
