Friendly management and folks that live in the building! Really well maintained and timely resolutions to problems in our apartment.
ADDED NOTE: Word of warning to potential renters, when I initially posted my review there had only been three reviews from 1 year ago. 1 week after posting it, 6 brand new 5 star reviews appeared out of nowhere, which tells me the Landlord is paying people for reviews. ALL these new fake reviews mention the building manager as the biggest plus - so if you're reading this, beware that TerraCorp building managers change like the seasons. Khal has been an absolute standout as our building manager. He’s not only reliable and professional, but also incredibly approachable and always ready to help. Whether it's a quick fix or a more complicated issue, he handles everything with care and efficiency. His positive attitude and commitment make a real difference in our daily living experience. We genuinely appreciate everything he does—Khal truly sets the standard for what a great building manager should be.
I moved in a year ago, and so far I really enjoy living here. The location is great, and the management team is very responsible. During the winter and rainy days, I left my car in the underground parking, unluckily, in the only spot that had a water leak (of course, my luck lol). Since I was away for a few weeks, minerals from the leak stained my car, and a regular wash wasn’t enough to remove them.
