Great community, great facilities, and supportive staff!
The building manager, Kahled is who makes the building 5 starts. Hey was incredibly helpful and kind with my moving, always fast to answer concerns, always helpful and solving problema. The building is a bit dated, but well kept, people are friendly and everything works ;)
I have been complaining about the unit above me for over half a year. I have not been sleeping well since February. TerraCorp has done nothing to handle the situation. All I have heard is excuses from TerraCorp rather than them dealing with the situation. The lack of professionalism and care for their tenants wellbeing is appalling. I suggest staying very far away from this building if you value your wellbeing. I'm posting this as a warning that if you move here, your concerns will be met with excuses and not addressed. Khal is very amazing person , starting from viewing appointment to getting the lease paper work , he helped us in all ways . His professional attitude and way of explaining every details is very great . Thank you khal
