Management does not communicate or manage service issues at all. They refuse to answer the phone and are typically unreachable. Office is closed more often than open and don’t leave messages because they don’t call you back. Mgr Erica supposedly put in an emergency service request for me and that was two days ago. The water continues to pour from underneath my sink!!! BBB and HUD are my next phone call…..
No tenía ninguna queja sobre estos hermosos apartamentos asta que ellos empezaron a unir ala renta internet de 50$ hablé con ellos dijeron que lo quitarían y nunca lo isieron y ahora resulta que si no lo pagamos un internet que no solicitamos nos van a dañar el crédito y ellos y cada mes multan 50 más a renta

Complex has rats and cockroaches The management doesn’t answer the phone and they are never in the office It is dirty..Tenant leave trash everywhere and the hallway smell like weeds..for that kind of price this is not good They need to do better They people inside like to play loud music at night
