Hello I’ve been here since June and I have roaches and mice issues and was told that they will not patch the holes until I have a dishwasher installed there a hole behind the dishwasher the mice is running through here like I’m a visitor and they the renters and I don’t feel comfortable with this infestation I have a child with asthma my thing is would you allow your relatives to live like this so I guess I will be called another trouble maker for this too
I came in last week for information about any available one bedrooms and Cristina was just absolutely wonderful! Best customer service I have ever experienced, super polite, informative and patient. I have a few more places to look at but thanks to Cristina Barclay is a huge contender in my decision
Hello i’m a current resident at barclay and i just moved in a week ago and im having problems with bed bugs , roaches , mice and several other things in my apartment maintenance is no help i contacted the rental office several times about my issues and nothing has been resolved yet i do not recommend anyone moving into barclay square apartments they just want your money they don’t even care about anything you tell them i am highly disappointed and will be moving out !!! its been only 1 week !!!!!!! Do Better.
