I'm a new tenant about to move here in a couple of days and I can never get anyone on the phone from the office today is the 16th of January I'm suppose to have my inspection today but if I can't get in touch with these ppl how is the inspection ppl going too very disappointing already and i haven't even moved in yet 0 stars.........
I am very disappointed with my experience at this apartment. I have been dealing with a serious mice problem, and when I went to the rental office for help, the manager was extremely rude, dismissive, and made me feel looked down on. Instead of listening to my concerns, she brushed me off and acted like my issue didn’t matter. However, I want to acknowledge Cristina. She is truly a breath of fresh air in that office.
