I appreciate the negative reviews and I have read several. I may be fortunate.. But I have used the practice since October 2023 and have found the staff with the odd exception to be really nice and helpful. When dealing with members of the public, it can be a very stressful time - patient and staff members. But when the Scottish Government are attempting to run the NHS with Lemon Money and are delusional in thinking that it does not need Champagne Money - neither wonder the Country is in such a run down state.

Terrible service. Is there actually any GP's work for this practice? Unable to get an appointment or speak to a GP. Not happy divulging private information to RECEPTIONISTS. If I could give a negative rating it would be too good.

Unfortunately can’t give lower than 1 star, this practice is a joke. Can’t get an appointment to see a gp so havent seen a gp here since 2020.

If I could rate this GP no stars I would. You’d be quicker going to school to become a doctor and making medication from scratch in the sink than getting any help from here. I’ve complained to this GP several times about how they just don’t listen and it falls on deaf ears.
