Horrible company. I make over 50k a month and never had one late payment. I first opened the account in 2013 with 7k limit. They then cut the limit to 1k! I've been at a 1k credit limit ever since it is 2025 and I got an alert the cut it from 1k to $550 lol. To hyell with this raccest bank. Don't waste your time.
Stay away they will messed up your credit y lowering credit line.
Barclay Bank is a merchant friendly bank that will side with the merchant in a dispute no matter how obvious the lie.. I was a credit card customer for 20 years.. never late, never complained. I had one dispute, not a lot but in spite of overwhelming evidence they sided with the merchant. (Interesting side note, when the merchant realized what they had done they refunded my money… no thanks to Barclay) There are dozens of better banks and cards, drop these guys like a hot rock.
This company is absolutely crooked. I’ve been a customer for about 3 years now, about a month ago I made a payment of $1,000 dollars but it was flagged by my other bank as fraud (which is so fitting for the company) they made a mistake and then after excepting fault tried to hit me with a fee. Every single interaction with this company has been excruciating. Once I pay off this card I will close my account. I can’t wait for the day I don’t ever have to interact with them again
Opening a savings account shouldnt be this complicated and painful. Unfortunately they lost my business. I took my money to another bank.
