Horrible customer service. Had the worst customer service staff Kajol who sounded like she was screaming the whole time. When I refused to engage and asked for her to transfer to her supervisor. She said her supervisor Gauthami would call back which never happened. They were awful. I am canceling my credit card with them if these are the kind of people they hire.
Great company.
The system is too bad. I will never use the credit card like this from now on.
Horrible company. I make over 50k a month and never had one late payment. I first opened the account in 2013 with 7k limit. They then cut the limit to 1k! I've been at a 1k credit limit ever since it is 2025 and I got an alert the cut it from 1k to $550 lol. To hyell with this raccest bank. Don't waste your time.
Stay away they will messed up your credit y lowering credit line.
