Great building! Great location! I've brought many a real estate clients there.
Great location. Mostly owner occupied. Mostly retirees. Good sense of community. Older building means common fees are high. And for the next 2 years, lots of construction noise. After that an LRT stop 5 minutes from the front door.
Nice lobby. Terrible place to get to because of icy sidewalks....they shouldn't rely on the city to clear the sidewalk.
