I have been coming to BARCH for almost a year and absolutely love it. The team of trainers are all kind, motivating and highly skilled. They create a super inclusive environment that meets everyone where they are at. I never could have dreamed how heavy I am able to lift now. I also enjoy the conditioning classes which has pushed my cardiovascular fitness too. BARCH is a brilliant gym with fantastic staff. The vibe there is like a real community with no posing or muscle chat!. The workouts are serious and not fussy, everyone goes for it and the feeling of making progress on fitness and strength is unbelievable. Go BARCH
I recently joined Barch gym and am so very happy I did. Everybody is so friendly, and the atmosphere so welcoming, it really does feel as though I am joining a community rather than just a gym. I hadn’t worked with free weights before, so wasn’t sure how I would fit in with a class of people far more experienced in free weight training than I was. But I needn’t have worried. The environment, both tangible and intangible is absolutely brilliant. The coaches are superb from a technical and motivational perspective. If you've been training in gyms your whole life or never picked up a dumbell in anger then don't hesitate. This is the gym for you. Would add a sixth star if available!
