Barch is an incredible class-based gym led by Will and an amazing team of coaches who are all so knowledgeable and supportive. I could not recommend Barch more highly. Give it a go!
I joined BARCH Richmond over two years ago and it has genuinely changed my life. From my very first class I felt welcomed and seen, there was no sales pressure, just honest guidance and genuine care! The coaching team are warm, knowledgeable and incredibly supportive, and the ethos of the gym really stood out to me: you’re encouraged to be inspired by others, but you never have to compete with anyone except your past progress. Lovely environment and great workout!
Have been coming to BARCH since May 2023 all of the team/ classes are fab but I would be lost without Friday’s Barbell Metcon!! Recently joined the run club too, such a friendly welcoming group who want to lift heavy but have fun along the way! Thanks team ♀️♀️♀️
