Our remodel project with Bogdan has been terrible. He said our project would take 5 weeks, we are currently at week 15 and still much to do. He even pulled workers off our job today for another job. He does not follow his contract. He is not on site enough to check his subs' work. He does not know how to schedule or manage a project efficiently. He does not communicate honestly about delays. Beware and run away from this company.
Huge thanks to Barcelo for doing a great job with my kitchen renovation :) They helped me choose good quality materials, tiled the whole floor and painted the walls and ceiling really well. Everything looks smooth and clean. The best part is that they gave me the full estimate upfront and we stayed within the budget. No extra costs or surprises which I really appreciated Really happy with how everything turned out. Would definitely recommend them and will call them again for my next project!!!
We’re in Seattle and hired Barcelo for our coffe shop build out. Really happy with how everything turned out. They showed up when they said they would and kept us updated throughout the project. The crew was professional and cleaned up at the end of each day which we really appreciated. The quality of the work is great. Tile looks clean and straight and everything feels well finished. Would definitely recommend Barcelo to anyone looking for a reliable construction company!

The team was straightforward about what was worth fixing and what could safely be left alone, which helped us avoid spending money unnecessarily. What I appreciated most was the com... read more
We had Barcelo remodel our living room in Seattle and we’re really happy with how everything turned out. Since it’s an older house, a couple of unexpected issues came up once the work started. I was prepared for the budget to get out of control, but that never happened. They were upfront about what actually needed attention and what could be left alone, which I really respected. There were no surprise charges or attempts to upsell things we didn’t need. The whole process felt honest, and that’s not something you always get w... read more
