After 4 years with them they could care less if they lost our buisness. Our yard looks like absolute hell! We called to try and remedy it but they told us that there was a drought... we have well water that waters twice a day. Our three other neighbors had them and each one has dropped them over the past year.
Left a service request and also called. No one ever got backed to me.
I have been a customer of Barcellos & Kane for more than 15 years. In that time I have seen prices go up and service decline. Last year was the final straw....my lawn never looked so terrible and they also forgot the last application but did not credit me back (since I prepay annually) until I called about the issue. It's time for a change.
