Left a service request and also called. No one ever got backed to me.
I have been a customer of Barcellos & Kane for more than 15 years. In that time I have seen prices go up and service decline. Last year was the final straw....my lawn never looked so terrible and they also forgot the last application but did not credit me back (since I prepay annually) until I called about the issue. It's time for a change.
I'm a little late in rating but with spring coming and trying to decide to use again or look for a new irrigation co. They installed my system about 17 years ago and have maintained ever since. Over the past few years the quality of work has stumbled. Last year they were scheduled to open the system. All they did was plug it in.
