Very poor customer service. I waited over 10 minutes just to order. When I asked for three burritos (two small, one regular) with spicy chicken, the chicken was burnt. When I requested it be removed, the staff member said she couldn’t — unacceptable. She showed no urgency or communication, focused on her own tasks, and responded with attitude when I raised concerns. Serving burnt food and treating customers this way is not okay. Serious improvement needed in customer service.
Extremely disappointing visit. The food quality was poor, and to make it worse, they didn’t even include a spoon for the burrito bowl. I ordered it specifically to eat at work—how is someone supposed to eat a bowl without cutlery? This shows a complete lack of attention to customer experience. Won’t be returning to this location. To add the time it was 23 january and around 3:30 pm, i would never visit this location and not even recommend anyone to go!!!
