I ordered online to be able to pick up my order at a certain time. When I arrived at the time given for pick up (5:46pm) there was only one staff working. I was told I need to wait 15-20 minutes while she serves the two people in line. Insulting experience, lack of respect for my time. Online order for 4 bowls and 1 burrito submitted at 11:44am on Sunday, for pickup around 20 mins later, no rush. Total of 5 meals, for $81. Arrived at 12:06, to see a group of people were placing orders. Asked for my order for pickup, and was told "3 of your items are done, just need to make the last 2. 5 more minutes".
