I went to buy a value burrito at night on 29th jan and asked them to add hot sauce, but they said it would be charged, even though the app shows it as free.
Monday evening. I was greeted with a look of surprise. Before I could order I was told that they were out of rice, apologized as I walked away and returned to the kitchen; end of interaction. The issue is not the lack of rice, rather the refusal to take my order.
