Ordered on Tuesday August 19 2025 a burrito bowl very sparse compared to Kitchener location and my husband had a burrito with chicken and the chicken was literally raw how disgusting tried calling the number listed for them and not in service would of returned the food but dont live in New Hamburg

I’ve eaten here quite a few times and it’s never without issue. Either they “didn’t get” our online order, or are out of what we want. Today, it was the grossest tacos I’ve ever seen. They were cold, a total mess… and I really don’t understand the 4 chips (?).
This is my first time here. Dhruv was very helpful and passionate well I tried to figure out what to get. The food was supe4 fresh.
Wow! Everything was perfect! All ingredients were fresh, served quickly and the perfect amount of heat in both the pineapple and jalapeño salsa. Friendly and efficient staff. Couldn't ask for a better first experience at this location.
