Super kind staff and the best burritos I’ve ever had!!! Take THAT taco bell!! Ordered a group meal from this location and it was a mess from start to finish. The order arrived over 90 minutes late. When a colleague called to check on it, the restaurant claimed they were "waiting for the driver" — but the driver had actually already been sitting there for an hour before delivery. To make it worse, several of our burritos were missing entirely, and the food that did arrive was stone cold. Worst barburrito of ottawa. Barburrito should stop giving franchise to such people. We placed a group order from uber and the quantity of the bowl was very less. It was like eating salad before your main meal. Never ordering from this place again. We pay the full price and get so little. The owner must be very cheap person.
