Shruti here is a gem of a person. She knows everything that the customer may like and I’m glad for the suggestions I received.
Burrito box not very good. Burrito rice was hard, very little steak all beans. Fries not full , tomato sour cream minumal. Not very good this night

No issue with other locations but this one outright sucks. Employee was sitting on the food prep counter in the back kitchen when I came in so I already knew what to expect and should have followed my gut feeling and left lol. The rice/beans/meat were clearly not tended to for a while and were cold, dry and hard, the lettuce was so old it was pink, and apparently they didn't have any fresh lettuce. The employee was very confused I didn't want the old rotting lettuce, I wonder if she's even human at this point 🤣 On top of un... read more
