Over all had a good experience
Today I made an order for pick up and instead of canceling my order and refunding my money I had to turn up there only for them to tell they didn’t do my orders because they are out of fries. Now I cant get my money back and every time I call it’s “My manager is busy.” I am writing this at 7:35 pm and my order was at 11am! And I have called into the store more than 11 times! And I have neither food nor money!
Bought a med burrito of the day. I was thinking about getting a large but settled for a medium. Glad I did, that medium was huge. I barely finished.
My experience with this restaurant, ordered through SkipTheDishes, was incredibly frustrating. I placed my order at 12:11 PM and arrived at 12:20 PM, expecting it to be ready or nearly ready. Instead, I was asked to wait longer, only to watch multiple customers who arrived after me receive their food first. After a significant delay past the promised time, I was finally told—without any prior communication—that they didn't even have the ingredients for my order.
