Over all had a good experience
Today I made an order for pick up and instead of canceling my order and refunding my money I had to turn up there only for them to tell they didn’t do my orders because they are out of fries. Now I cant get my money back and every time I call it’s “My manager is busy.” I am writing this at 7:35 pm and my order was at 11am! And I have called into the store more than 11 times! And I have neither food nor money!
Bought a med burrito of the day. I was thinking about getting a large but settled for a medium. Glad I did, that medium was huge. I barely finished.
My experience with this restaurant, ordered through SkipTheDishes, was incredibly frustrating. I placed my order at 12:11 PM and arrived at 12:20 PM, expecting it to be ready or nearly ready. Instead, I was asked to wait longer, only to watch multiple customers who arrived after me receive their food first. After a significant delay past the promised time, I was finally told—without any prior communication—that they didn't even have the ingredients for my order. Definitely not a place I would return to. Main area sorta clean, we were clearly the first customers of the day however it was obviously don't clean the store overnight. The bathrooms were probably messier than I would have expected at a rundown truck stop. While this is not the area that they prepared the food, I always just tend to think that if they have lower cleaning standards here what are the cleaning standards in the back of the restaurant. Food was good though...
