Owners are absolutely lovely people! I’m welcomed with kindness each time I come in and the food is always amazing:)
The girl behind the counter took 30 minutes to ring me up. She was confused and made three phone calls between the time I ordered and she finished checking me out. Didn't bother to say "let me check with my manager," just walked away, talked on the phone, and left me waiting. As well as the customer behind me waiting to order. Why was this untrained person left in charge?
This place was okay. It was empty when I went in a few people came in and left while I made my order. The customer service was quick, however my friend and I had to repeat ourselves several times as she would turn away as we were speaking and miss what we were saying. She was the only one in the store, so I understand needing to do multiple things at once.
