I had an amazing experience at barburrito The food was fresh delicious and prepared perfectly. What really made my visit special was the lovely girl who served me She was incredibly sweet,kind welcoming, and made me feel valued as a customer. Her friendly attitude and excellent customer service truly stood out. The restaurant was clean the service was fast and the overall experience was fantastic. I highly recommend this place, and I'll definitely be coming back. Keep up the great work.
The employee working tonight was extremely kind and courteous. Even made fresh chips at 930pm and was so gracious. Food was great too!
Raj need promotion
Extremely disappointed with the customer service. The indian girl at the front was rude, unfriendly, and acted like she didn’t want to be there. If you’re having a bad day or don’t enjoy your job, that shouldn’t be taken out on customers. There was no greeting, no smile, not even a simple “thank you.” I came in excited to get a burrito bowl and left frustrated because of how I was treated. Good food can’t make up for poor customer service. I hope this gets addressed, because customers deserve to be treated with basic respect... read more
Food was delicious . The young lady that attended to me was nice and polite. However, she used the same gloves she had on to touch every single thing within touching range, and then proceeded to use same gloved hand to grab the ingredients to put in my order, all while completely ignoring to use the serving spoons/ tongs in front of her. Apart from not changing her gloves and the complete lack of concern for food saftey and hygiene, i would give the place 4 stars.
