Always love this place, but today was so disappointing. Ordered the crispy chicken burrito… literally 1 tiny piece of chicken in it!!!
Waited in line forever and when I finally got to order my burrito, the service was horrible. I go to this restaurant often and always get extra rice because I don’t like the beans in it And either way, I would’ve been happy to pay extra to have more rice. He refused to put more in my burrito said that’s not how we do it here. He was unwilling to help me with the burrito that I ordered every time I’m there, Well, he was also rude about it. I went in around 8 PM and noticed the restaurant was starting to close up, which is understandable since they close around 9. I decided to order something simple, a regular burrito and fries. I stood at the counter for a few minutes before being helped, and when the staff member came out she seemed annoyed to even speak with me, which made me feel like I was inconveniencing her. Made the interaction feel uncomfortable. Apparently showing up during open hours was asking a bit too much.
I always love barBURRITO's food but the woman who served me here seemed like she'd rather be doing anything else than preparing food for her customer. Pretty disappointing, I felt like a burden to her. She just seemed to plop my ingredients unceremoniously onto the bowl and when I asked for some extra corn she scooped like 5 extra kernels on and just stared at me. Yeesh.
