I am very displeased every time I go to this location. I’ve had times where they touch the phone and immediately touch my food with the same gloves which is disgusting. I asked the worker to change them, she did but still gave me the food that she touched with the dirty gloves. There isn’t much thought in what they do. I used to love bar burrito but I refuse to go back as I don’t trust the cleanliness. There is a certain employee there that I feel is very rude and is almost annoyed that you’re even there. Delicious food, quick service and clean, welcoming atmosphere…HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.
I walked into Bar Burrito tonight without realizing it was just minutes before closing. Gurleen kindly assured me she would still serve me, and she truly made me feel welcome. My food was prepared with care, and her positive attitude made the experience even better. Excellent customer service — thank you, Gurleen!
I got a quesadilla and it was really good! Gurleen was really nice and even offered me a warm drink from coming in from the cold. Restaurant is eerily quiet though, wish there was background music
