Despite the food quality being far superior to the TEX-MEX competition in Collingwood, you can't operate a QSR restaurant with one employee at lunchtime. Staff to the sales you'd like to achieve. We are impressed by the extremely friendly staff, who all seem happy at their jobs and work together very well. As vegetarians, we also find it refreshing to have so many options of fresh ingredients.
