I went there this morning to get something I go there very often, but today there was different staff working the staff lady touched and flipped my quesadilla without wearing glove i was standing right there watching, and on top of that, when I was telling them that I wanted onions and corn, she did not even understand they only added onions and gave it to me I told them 2–3 times, and there were two girls working One of them was on her phone the whole time, and her hair was open. Update: The service has gotten worse ever since the new person started. Sometimes gave explain multiple times what I want, she doesn't know how to use rewards card on the counter, doesn't mark the burritos correctly and most time not at all. My last order was a disaster. I ordered online and asked no rice no beans but the bowl had both. Couldn't get it fixed as the shop was closed. Ordered a burrito box and it was badly prepared. Toppings and sauces I chose were missing, and green peppers were added even though I didn’t even select them. Really disappointing
It’s absolutely not acceptable as the staff is rude and the food is not fresh at all Rice was cold and seems to be stored and warmed layer while asking the hot sauce on side staff totally denied and when i sakes that always i carry hot sauce on side but their reply was totally rude. Worst experience till the date never gone visit again
