Food is good, service good, bathroom was gross had to pee squatting
I'm really disappointed in the service at this location. We ordered our food online and we're given a pick-up time for 2:30pm. When I arrived at 2:30pm the food was not ready. The employee was serving somebody else. (No big deal). He told me it'll be a few minutes. As he finished up with that customer another couple walked in and he started making their order first. We have always loved going there because the food is delicious and the staff was nice. Unfortunately, we had to get used to the fact that if we ask for pick-up, we have to go get the food at least half an hour later because the order is SURE will not be ready by the promised time. They set a record today, the pick-up time was supposed to be 7.02 pm, now it is 8.05 pm, and my friend is still waiting for our order.
