update: The business replied publicly saying they would “do better,” but the concern I raised had already been reviewed by corporate and closed with a $25 credit. My main question about what was actually served was never clearly answered. They still did not admit to giving me cow instead of veggie. The texture was broken down exactly like ground beef, not falafel or veggie ground. Two other people with me also tried it and said the same thing.
