I am so frustrated and disappointed with this location. If I could give negative stars, I would. We have been loyal customers going to this location every since it first opened. At the beginning it was amazing but since then we have had nothing but problems. From Frustrating online ordering where there seems like there is no ingredients and no way to order a kids meal to completely wrong orders and missing sauces and going to pick up and the store appears closed even with the doors locked . I couldn't believe they didn't want to open the store a minute earlier and let me buy food. By the way, I am a regular visitor to this store, now I will always avoid it.
I really like the food here, and the employees have always been friendly and helpful, but the hours/management are extremely frustrating. I’ve now came here twice when the website said they were open, only to arrive and find them closed. You can even place online orders when they’re apparently not open, which makes it even more confusing. This really seems like a management & communication issue, not an employee issue. I’ve tried really hard to like this location, but the constant issues are getting ridiculous. Their DoorDash availability is extremely inconsistent. Sometimes you can’t order from them at all during their posted business hours, sometimes ordering doesn’t become available until late afternoon, and when you *can* order, they’re frequently out of a huge portion of their ingredients.
