The are very nice and helpful
I just never seem to get the help I need. I get some workers that are amazing and others that are down right rude. If you need any type of flexibility it is out of the question unless of course you haven't asked for help in at least a 12 to 14 month period. While I want to give a good review for the amazing workers who work hard, I just can't due to all the other negative things.
BUC is a very good utility company. They are friendly and helpful. Reliable internet service at fast speed on all levels (BLINK internet) Always been a pleasure to do business with.
