28th April my mum had a physio a pointment at your health centre. We are not from your practice but was sent from ours. I thought because we had an appointment it was ok to park, didn't see you had to put your registration number in as I have just read on your reviews. Now have a £60 fine to try and find in 14 days. If I had known or seen this I would of registered.

Can't keep to appointment times. Nobody in the waiting room and still waiting nearly an hour. Reply to response: If you are running behind due to an emergency, do you not think it would be reasonable to advise people who are waiting that there is a reason for being late? No just leave me waiting. Have an estimated time to be seen.

I just received a letter from Civil Enforcement. A PCN (Parking Charge Notice) for £100 pounds. Reduced to £60 if paid within 14 days of the notice. Neither I or my wife noticed the signs and were not reminded by any staff of this. I haven't been to the practice for at least 8 years as we had moved home. Had we had known about the parking rules we would have abided by them. This was a one off visit and we only stayed for 37 minutes. It would have been much less if the appointment was on time.
