Parking. £100 fine for not realising that this is a permit car park? Really?? Not come across this technicality before. First and only visit. I parked in the car park and used the front entrance to the health centre. Which other surgery has parking tickets? Clearly any signs that may exist, alerting me to the need for a permit, were not at all obvious to me!! I'd have gladly acquired a permit had I realised. This Health Centre is absolute joke. They send me msg to book appoinment. I book appoinment i didnt know what is all about. I didnt went work , have to find babysitter for my son come there and the Dr didnt understand what I am doing there. Saying its staff error or system error. So I went there for no reason. Then few min before they closing I receiving phone call from them ask me if I was there. Receptionist know very well I was there. Absolute mess. Similar to other people - received a Civil Enforcement letter for parking in the carpark for 20 minutes. Appealed with proof of appointment - no, still have to pay (or escalate to court) and Barbourne Health said it's not up to them. Terrible experience.
Very rude young dark haired receptionist
28th April my mum had a physio a pointment at your health centre. We are not from your practice but was sent from ours. I thought because we had an appointment it was ok to park, didn't see you had to put your registration number in as I have just read on your reviews. Now have a £60 fine to try and find in 14 days. If I had known or seen this I would of registered.
