Similar to other people - received a Civil Enforcement letter for parking in the carpark for 20 minutes. Appealed with proof of appointment - no, still have to pay (or escalate to court) and Barbourne Health said it's not up to them. Terrible experience.
Very rude young dark haired receptionist
28th April my mum had a physio a pointment at your health centre. We are not from your practice but was sent from ours. I thought because we had an appointment it was ok to park, didn't see you had to put your registration number in as I have just read on your reviews. Now have a £60 fine to try and find in 14 days. If I had known or seen this I would of registered.
Can't keep to appointment times. Nobody in the waiting room and still waiting nearly an hour. Reply to response: If you are running behind due to an emergency, do you not think it would be reasonable to advise people who are waiting that there is a reason for being late? No just leave me waiting. Have an estimated time to be seen.
