From an initial call to drop off to pick up, the folks at Barbo were helpful and friendly. There was about a one week turnaround time and they didn't mind a couple calls from me in between. I'm glad to have learned about Barbo.
I dropped off my older lathe headstock to be repaired. They fixed it for less money than the initial estimate. I've spent most of today using it and it works great. Friendly and communicative staff, and great repair work.
Jim took care of me today, Michael took care of me last Summer. Both of them listened to my needs and recommended great products and had great reasons for the recommendations. Nice to have a place with good old-fashioned customer service!
Great service and knowledgeable. I ordered a TSM 12 Castle pocket hole machine from them and it was shipped the same day. The price was great. They shipped it all the way to Maryland. Check them out, you can’t go wrong. Thanks Mike I appreciate your help.
