I've been taking my cars to Barbie's for several years. Honest, affordable, and great service. I wouldn't take my cars anywhere else !!!
We have been taking our vehicles to Barbies for approximately 6 years. We always know we are going to get an honest evaluation at an honest price. Barbara, the owner is very sweet and I always look forward to seeing her. Steve, the mechanic is wonderful as well. I gave them three stars on expertise only because they don't do some of the heavier stuff. We wouldn't go anywhere else and neither should you. Two thumbs up!!!
awful service! overcharged for a wrong part that ended up ruining my car, charged for work that she did not complete. STAY AWAY!
I have been a loyal customer of Barbie's Service Center for more than 15 years. You can't put a price on KNOWING your mechanic is honest. But having said that, the rates are much lower than any other garage in the area anyway. I once had a problem, that according to the mechanic's book was supposed to take 4 hours and was supposed to cost something like $400. Well, I couldn't afford that. Barbies – Terrible Service , they charge me more than doble for the labor and the parts and did repairs i did not autorize. not recomended.
Barb and Steve are a great team...Barb knows her thing...and is very reasonable, fair, and honest. I was referred to her by a friend 3yrs ago. I am still with Barb.
