I paid for certificate class lessons for makeup. When done was told she would print out certificate of completion but then never received it. I message her adress and details to mail it and they just made several excuses and no certificate given.

I came here for Mackenzie Soares Esthetics. Quick and efficient is all a gal can ask for during a Brazilian right? I was referred by a friend who knows Mackenzie and she had $30 Brazilians so I decided to give her a try. I got in and had to wait just a little but I got in a little early and she had be in right on time. She is extremely confident and you can tell she likes what she does because she does a great job. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE!!! My daughter had an appointment scheduled here for just hours before her SENIOR PROM, walked in and was told it would be an hour wait as the "makeup artist" was running an hour behind. So we left with her IN TEARS and stuck right before her leom. No phone call or text to give notice....COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISGUSTING type of work. These people should be ashamed. Horrible.
