Went in for a TRIM and stated 4 times before it began that I was growing my hair in length and was just in to dust the dead ends and extra weight. The stylist completely chopped my hair off (she easily took 5 inches off). I now have a hideous shag (to be clear, I didn't walk in with a shag!!!) To say I was shocked would be an understatement. I called the owner the next day for a refund, and said she'd give me my money back plus a free cut at another salon with a master stylist that she knew to help me as I grow out the awkwa... read more
