Ken came highly recommended to me when I asked my coworkers if they knew anyone to replace my rear wheel bearings on my truck. He did not disappoint. He worked with my schedule to get me in quickly and even took care of some other problems my truck had that were quick fixes for him free of charge. I will be a return customer in the future. Definitely a class act business.
Would give zero stars if I could,took my HHR there for exhaust repairs it was more expensive than initially thought which was fine,then said I needed an additional $400 for front end work,but it ended up costing me another $70 on top of that and they put the muffler replacement on wrong standing up instead of flat. took it to another mechanic and I was forced to sell the car due to it being unable to drive since the exhaust fell off that they put on 4 different times,they changed the location of the muffler multiple times wh... read more
We didn’t even buy anything and Ken talked to us and provided such great insight and truly saved us! His compassion and care shines and helped complete strangers over the phone and even drove to where we broke down to make sure we were okay and back up and running again. Ken is an angel and we will never forget it.
