I booked an appointment online with Arthur for my son, and the process was super easy. We arrived a few minutes early, and he took us right in. My son usually dislikes haircuts, but he sat comfortably the whole time. Arthur was patient, took his time, and gave him an amazing haircut. I highly recommend this barbershop!
Rude on the phone
It’s rare that I give a negative review. But I was just so taken aback (I’m talking super shocked) by the inflexibility of what I experienced that it’s mind boggling and I was compelled to write this. My son missed an appointment last time. It happens, esp between the literal million things that go on trying to balance a teenagers life. I’m basically an Uber driver for one teenager.
