Hello! I am a support worker, and myself and another support worker took our NDIS Participant into BOM for a haircut yesterday and had an incredible experience. We had a barber named Sam who worked with us to give our client a quick and professional cut. It wasn't necessarily an easy task, but Sam worked with us and our client well and was very calm and quick and exactly what was needed. We will definitely be back and were very impressed with the whole situation. Thank you so much Sam! <3
