My experience working with Mike Pierceall was excellent. The property was part of an estate and Mike helped me get an offer in six months. I chose Mike because he did his homework prior to even getting the listing. He assisted me every step of the way, from evaluating the market, setting the price, working with city officials obtaining a zoning change, and advising how to proceed with the dynamics of a family estate. He was easy to work with and I would definitely recommend him!

These people are removing 8 families from their homes, and they wont even respond to the phone number they gave us?? These are awful, selfish people, who just want money. The two notices i’ve received from them had multiple spelling, and grammar mistakes. Isn’t this company supposed to be professional? I figured they'd at least be able to spell the word properties. Some of the tenants in this building have tried contacting to try and re-lease with them, and they wont even respond. This company has some serious issues that ne... read more
