I had a really disappointing experience here. I clearly asked for a taper fade and specifically said not to cut it too short, but the barber did the exact opposite. After the cut, I told her this wasn’t a taper fade at all — it was just a regular short haircut — but she kept insisting, saying “This is what we call a taper fade at our shop.” That honestly shocked me. I went in for the first time today and I'm definitely going back. Jennifer was amazing from the start and gave really detailed information about how she cut my hair the way she did. She's a great conversationalist and it was overall a fantastic experience. Love supporting local business on Lake Anne, and the view of the water is a nice bonus! 2025 Edit: I've been coming here for over four years and my experience has not changed. Jennifer is extremely knowledgeable and has a mission of making your look its best!

New in town and I needed a barber. Diego was terrific! Great attention to detail. He took his time to ensure everything was perfect and followed my requests exactly as I wanted. The service was top-notch and he was both professional and personable!
