I literally waited over 25 minutes before I was ask what order I had. I had a door dash pick up. Told the lady up front who I had and she said it wasn't ready. She never told anyone I was waiting on food or nothing. I finally say is someone making my order? She has no idea bc she never said anything to anyone. My husband and I love Barbs. We eat here all the time bc the food never disappoints. HOWEVER, the service is AWFUL! We will come in, no one behind the counter, wait and still not be serviced. Once, I went to the front of the register. ALL the staff were behind the doors on their phones. I waved my arms around until one of the noticed. No one apologized.
