Yesterday I went to order some food to go and since I entered this place I did not feel welcome. The cashier was an older man. I asked for a medium cheese and he was giving me a small one. When I told him that I asked for a medium one, he got upset and gave me another small one. I told him I asked for a medium one and 2 small ones. What he did was give me an empty medium-sized glass and told me to put them there. The man was very upset. I am very disappointed with this place. I do not recommend
Absolutely love this location, every time I come here everyone is very eager to help and provide great service with even better food. Wish the other Barberitos locations were like this one. Eve If you have to drive a little further to go to this one - it’s so worth it. Keep it up!
I’m really disappointed with my recent experience with Barberitos. I placed a delivery order, and when it arrived, it was clear that the DoorDasher had eaten out of my food. On top of that, the bowl I received was completely incorrect. I tried reaching out to the store directly to explain what happened, but instead of being understanding or offering any kind of helpful solution, I felt dismissed.
