outside their business is a giant ice patch infront of the door, slipped and absolutely ate concrete and fell, got up and went to a store nextdoor for a few minutes and came back to tell the person working that it’s very slippery + needs salt, and the employee (who was sitting talking on the phone) smiled and said “ yeah i saw” but had done nothing between when i fell and had gone inside another store to buy something and came back. imagine that was an elderly person and they broke their hip? i also work in this plaza and i ... read more
